Secret Service director tells Senate scandal 'not a systemic issue'

WASHINGTON – Speaking publicly for the first time about a prostitution scandal that has tarnished the reputation of the Secret Service, director Mark Sullivan told a Senate panel Wednesday that the service does not have a hard-partying culture and that there was no breach of operational security last month when several agents in Colombia brought women back to their hotel rooms after a night of heavy drinking.
