Microsoft Readies 'Richer, More Immersive" Video Environment with Windows 8


Later this month, Microsoft will launch Windows 8 and with it a "richer, more immersive experience" for video producers and advertisers, says Microsoft spokesperson Bill Hankes in this interview with Beet.TV The new look and feel (via touch) of Web video will be debut on MSN when the new OS launches, he tells us. He describes the interface as Windows-like. We spoke with him at the IAB MIXX conference in Manhattan. Andy Plesser
