Cenvat credit of services used in Residential colony
HONOURABLE High Court of AP recently delivered a crucial judgement dismissing the Appeal filed by Dept in the case of CCE, Hyderabad Vs M/s.ITC Ltd (2012-TIOL-199-HC-AP-ST) According to the Hon'ble High Court, staff colony being directly and intrinsically linked to its manufacturing activity could not therefore be excluded from consideration.
